I’m a 29 year-old IT guy, and former computer and English teacher, who enjoys watching and reviewing movies and TV shows. I don’t see the most current movies right when they are in theatres, but I do like hitting up the second-run movie haüs with my wife from time to time. Most of the things I watch are on Netflix, and I try to get a good mix of current and classic movies in my Queue.

While my favorite genre has typically been science fiction, I do like dramas and war movies as well.   Of these, my favorites are Star Wars (I like them all, even the new trilogy, but the best is Episode V) and the Lord of the Rings trilogy, as well as Saving Private Ryan.  Independent films are hit-and-miss with me, but every now and then I find a diamond in the rough like American Movie. I enjoy documentaries too, and one of my favorites recently is King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters.
